- Business visa Requirements for Trade fair
- 1. Passport:
- a. Original Passport with validity of minimum six months (from the date of return) and minimum two blank pages for visa stamps Please note:
- b. Passports issued beyond 10 years will not be accepted by the Embassy
- c. Handwritten passports will not be accepted.
- d. Passports with any “observations” will not be accepted.
- e. Attach all your old passports (if any)
- f. Photocopies of all the pages of the current passport & immediate old passport.
- (Including blank pages).
- 2. Photo Specification:
- a. Three recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi matt finish,80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 2 inches x 2 inches)
- 3. Covering Letter: Covering-letter on company letter head
- 4. Higher authority letter
- 5. Online visa form
- 6. Financials:
- a. Personal & company Income Tax Return (ITR) for the last 3 years
- b. Personal Saving Bank Statements for the last 3 months, clearly mentioning the Bank’s Name & Number and showing the applicant’s name & address. (Bank Statements on A4 size sheet only) with seal & sign on each page.
- c. Last 3 month’s salary slip
- d. Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
- e. Letter from Employer stating employment status of the applicant in the company
- f. Company ID card copy
- 7. Proof of Accommodation: Hotel confirmation vouchers with receipt, as applicable.
- 8. Airline tickets
- 9. Invitation letter : Original Invitation Letter from Japanese host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation.
- a) Letter of Guarantee is required, if Japanese company is sponsoring the applicant.
- b) Day to day schedule from Japanese company is also required
- c) Copy of DIN (Director's Identification Number) Approval Letter.

- Please Note: Travel dates mentioned in Invitation Letter should match with the dates mentioned in covering letter.
